After the crazyness that was last week, we had a wonderful and relaxing Easter weekend -- I even managed to get 3 days off!! While I had a day off on Friday, which I honestly don't remember what we did because I was so beyond exhausted from Thursday, I did have to go to work on Saturday. Work on Saturday was very busy and I had a lot to cram into 9 hours. Thankfully I had Sunday and Monday off as well.
The weather here has been absolutely beautiful and warm.. like wear my shorts, t-shirt and sandals warm! Yesterday and today we made a point to get outside and enjoy this weather. I may even have a slight burn on my forehead. My mom had us over for Easter dinner on Sunday - yum, yum, yum! She made the most delicious roast beef, roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding!

+ Added a new houseplant to our current collection.
+ The Easter bunny found his way into our apartment. I love Easter chocolate.
+ The Easter bunny also brought us some beautiful outdoor plants.

+ Work, work work ... I am pretty boring right now. I will be working every single day in April, no days off (besides today, Monday, April 1st).
+ Started drinking lactose free milk because I had a sneaking suspicion that I was lactose intolerant. What a difference! Goodbye stomach ache!
+ We have been slacking with the exercise, but I am hopeful that we will do better in April. Baby steps. On the bright side, I have lost a few pounds and am down to 129! I would like to be 115 by the end of June.
