Friday's Letters.

Dear little animal, I am really sorry. I know it wasn't my fault, and you didn't know better, but I still feel horrible about what happened. I will never forget what happened. I take this as a reminder to slow down, smell the roses and really enjoy life. RIP. Dear week, You really sucked. I did not like this curve ball you threw my way. Though, it could have been worse and I am grateful it wasn't. Dear chiropractor, Thank you for fixing my back, again. I don't know what I would do without you. You can never retire, or move your location. Dear boyfriend, Thank you for being so amazing! I am so lucky to have you in my life. I could not have made it through this week without you. Love you lots! xo

Life // I feel like an outsider.

I have always been very shy and reserved. When I am around people I know and trust, I feel more comfortable and less shy - I can be myself and social. However, there are a few people in my life who really make me feel like I am an outsider when I am around them. No matter what I say or do, I feel judged. As a result, when I am around them, I tend not to say too much and come across as being really un-social and negative. I have tried to put myself out there several times, but it has never helped. I really hate how these people make me feel...!

Blogging // One Lovely Blog Award.

Last weekend, I was awarded the 'One Lovely Blog' award by English Anderson -- thanks again English! I am truly flattered!

I have been really bad at getting this post published -- my computer access has become quite limited as my laptop cannot be moved without taking the chance of it never turning on again. Not impressed! Anyways....

To accept this award, you must (a) nominate fifteen other blogs/bloggers that you've recently discovered or regularly follow to receive it as well, and (b) share seven things about yourself with the person that nominated you.

15 Bloggers:
Seven things about me:

1. I hate to iron my clothes. Several years ago, I was using the iron and burnt my hand or my arm, I don't remember the specifics. All I know is that I don't like it and try to stay far, far away from ironing any pieces of clothing.

2. I live in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Such an amazing place to live!

3. I am terrified of earth quakes. Where I live, we are long overdue for THE BIG ONE. My boyfriend lives on the 21st floor -- and yeah. At least if the building crumbles, there is only one floor above us and we'll crush everyone else? Maybe?

4. I have this fear of failure. Its something I need to get over!

5. I graduated from University with my Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.

6. When I was 16 years old, I went through a growth spurt and broke my hip. The doctors had to put a screw in my hip to fuse the femur bone with the hip bone.

7. I am technically an only child. I do, however, have a step brother and sister.

Well, that's all she wrote! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Friday's Letters.

Dear Blackberry, Last May, I purchased my very first smartphone. It was quite the debate - Blackberry Torch or the iPhone 4. I had (still have) a perfectly good Apple iTouch and had a hard time justifying purchasing an iPhone. If I got the iPhone, then what would I do with my iTouch? My final decision was to purchase your latest, greatest smartphone. Big mistake! For the first few months, I was quite pleased with my choice. Lately, I have very much regretted my choice.  Your products are crap. I'm sorry, but they are. I will never, ever purchase another Blackberry product. As soon as the new iPhone 5 is released in September (I hope!), I will be ditching my blackberry VERY quickly. I don't care if I have to shell out $700, having a phone that actually works and takes amazing photos is worth every penny! No wonder why your company is not doing so well. Having said that, thank you RIM for making such horrible products. I will never purchase another Blackberry product ever again. Dear Apple, Please hurry up and release the iPhone 5! Your products are simple, yet amazing. I cannot wait to get my hands on the new iPhone.

TV // What I'm Watching.

It's new, and I love it! The first episode wasn't great, but it wasn't horrible either. Basically, the show is about realistic-looking girls in realistic and often hilarious situations, trying to figure out what they are going to be when they grow up. For me, the show has hit rather close to home. Regardless, after the first episode, I am hooked! Thanks HBO for another great show!
