I love leftovers because it means we don't have to cook as much during the week, but sometimes I wish we didn't make as much so that we could have more variety during the week. However, that would mean I would have to spend more time in the kitchen cooking and cleaning. Anyways, our dinner theme for this week is homemade pizza...!
And lots of it. We bought some pizza yeast awhile back, forgot about it, and now have to use it up before the expiry date. Thankfully we both love pizza!

I hate leftovers. There must be something wrong with me. I will throw out the rest of the food before eating it a second time. There's just something about taking food I've already eaten out of the refrigerator and heating it up to eat a second time that just does not appeal to me. So we try not to cook more than we can eat, because otherwise it'll be wasted.
ReplyDeleteHomemade pizza is delicious though, maybe we should give that a try some night! :)

I used to be the same way - there are a few meals that I absolutely refuse to eat as leftovers; otherwise, I make a point of making food that I don't mind eating over again!
DeleteI love this idea!
