10 Health Benefits of Ginger.

A few weeks ago, I wrote a post about how Ginger is a great natural cold remedy as it helps to support the immune system. Over at the FitLifeTV website, Drew Canole put together this great inforaphic on the health benefits of ginger.

  2. Hey I just stumbled upon your blog. Ginger is one of my favourite foods!! I use ginger for a lot of my cooking/baking. I love ginger tea, gingerale as drinks. I recently discovered ginger syrup (from the Gingerpeople) and ginger candies that help for nausea. Ginger is awesome.
