I always have enjoyed drinking lemon water, but never gave too much thought about drinking warm water and lemon. I recently stumbled upon the following article: Why You Should Drink Warm Water & Lemon. As the article suggests, if you can only make time for one ritual that will improve your health, let it be this..... start the day out with a mug of warm water and the juice of half a lemon.

Do you have any daily healthy rituals? I recently found out that I have this nodule (??) on my thyroid, so this past week or so, I haven't been feeling very energetic. I'm now determined to find some natural remedies to help me feel less tired, etc.

DeleteI need to start drinking this! I am trying to lose a little bit of weight and due to that, I had to stop drinking my Starbucks in the morning. This seems like it would be so much better (and I'm sure it's much healthier than a 3-drink a day caffeine addiction)!
